The owner, Ciaran McCausland, returned to Tyrone three years ago after spending almost 10 years in London working in finance. Donaghmore was once home to one of mid-Ulster's leading breweries and Ciaran decided it was time to renew the brewing business in the town. He opened a small microbrewery in a stable at the back of the family pub.
