Poker Tree Brewery (named after an old story about a tree under which the devil will play cards with hapless people), is a new business based in Carrickmore. Darren Nugent - founder of Pokertree Brewing Company - has plans to produce an range of four ales - all bottle conditioned and open fermented using traditional techniques. These will be bottle conditioned.
